Brian Manthe
Owner of Legacy CPA
Growing up in the Rogue Valley, Brian graduated from South Medford High School in 1992 and then from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree. Brian is co-founder of Legacy CPAs (Currently Legacy CPA) which began in 2012. Prior to owning his own CPA firm, Brian worked as a staff accountant both in the private sector and at another accounting firm. He has experience in both individual and business tax services, business consulting, and financial consulting, with emphasis on personal and business budgeting. His experience includes a broad range of industries which include, non-profits, municipalities and small businesses.
Brian’s passion is working with clients on their personal and business finances and creating a monthly cash flow plan that is effective, efficient and sustainable. Brian believes anyone, from the financially distressed, to those that are financially fortunate, can benefit from these services. Brian has an aptitude with helping people make lifelong changes in the way they handle their money. In fact, Brian attended Dave Ramsey’s week-long Financial Counselor Training to perfect his skills in personal and small business budgeting.
Brian holds a Certified Public Accounting Certificate from the State of Oregon and is a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.
The most important things in life to Brian are God, his wonderful wife Cathleen of over 18 years, and his two beautiful daughters. He is an avid bass fisherman and cherishes the week-long fishing trips his daughters still join him on. If the Chicago Cubs are playing, you know Brian will have the game on rooting for them every minute of the season! He is involved in community and professional events, and is a founding board member of a local Charter School. Brian and his family enjoy attending Heritage Christian Fellowship in Medford.
Cianna Salinas
Account Manager/Licensed Tax Preparer
Cianna Salinas has received specialized training in the field of tax preparation, with over 5 years of experience as a practicing bookkeeper, with a special interest in payroll. She has received her License in personal income tax preparation and is pursuing her BS in Business Administration with the goal of becoming a CPA. Cianna was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and is now living in Grants Pass, Oregon. When she is not in the office, she enjoys hiking with her two dogs and travelling whenever she gets the chance.
